My name is Brittany Shirmae Star Mitchell and I am so proud of you for taking this first step to improve your overall wellness. I have over 10 years of experience in working with children and adolescents in various settings and now serving young adults. I work through a person centered and trauma informed lens. I incorporate Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play therapy, mindfulness, and/or expressive art therapy depending on the client's needs/desires. You made it here! You recognized that you and/or someone you love deserves better. You recognized you needed support in an area of your life.
